Paige is a bankruptcy lawyer and commercial litigator. She specializes in representing banks, private lenders, loan servicers, and other financial institutions and businesses in chapter 11 and chapter 7 bankruptcy cases, including appeals. She also represents banks, private lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, financial institutions and other parties in federal and state court.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Poupart was an associate at a boutique law firm where she focused on plaintiff side litigation, regularly appearing in state and federal courts across California.
