Loren Gordon, a transactional attorney, has represented some of the largest banks in the United States, as well as regional and community banks, private lenders, receivers, developers, shopping mall and office space owners/operators, and entrepreneurs in a wide variety of commercial finance, real estate and corporate transactions.
Over more than a decade with Frandzel, he has structured, negotiated and documented billions of dollars in financing, consisting of a wide variety of commercial real estate and personal property secured credits. Loren also represents his clients in connection with workouts and restructuring troubled debt, with the goal of finding and maximizing value for his clients, and avoiding lengthy and expensive litigation.
