Kristina’s practice focuses on advancing her client’s interests in business and commercial litigation in state and federal court. She is adept in handling all aspects of litigation from pre-litigation through trial and appeals, including experience in all aspects of discovery and drafting and arguing motions in anticipation of trial.
Kristina began her practice in insurance defense before shifting to business and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Frandzel, Kristina handled cases from pre-litigation through post-trial motions and appeals, including arguing in the California Court of Appeal.
